Quick response & solution to complaint. The AC in my initial room released bad smell from time to time. A new better room is provided almost immediately

The hotel is clean, the room is nice, big, clean and well lit (stayed at Executive suite), it has kitchenette too, there are greenery area near the pool, which is nice, play area for little kid & small gym. Short walk to the mall, salon & toll. All the staff were lovely

This was my 2nd time staying here. I stayed at the Studio Executive room (40 m²). If you are studying or working and need a quiet place to stay, this is the hotel to choose. The desk is spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the view is really nice. There is also a kitchen and cutlery. It's close to some malls and it's easy to get delivery food sent here. I have stayed in the Executive Suite room as well (64 m²), which feels more luxurious and comfortable. But the Studio Executive room is good enough for me too. My suggestion is to choose the Executive Suite room to get the best experience at this hotel. The food here is good too.

Location and the ambience. It's comfortable since the Hotel is not too busy and crowded so it's ideally to stay quite long with family. Room also clean with good maintenance. Location is easy access from Outer Highway and its odd even free area. Definitely will stay when visit Jakarta again.
